Then he revotes her and claims her supposed scumflip will confitown me. Then Akarin asks the obvious question which is what will his read be on me if she flips town? So that totally smacks of a chainsaw to me.

Nancy, your case on TGP as scum is based on how he is handling your slot. Frankly i don’t really give a toss if anyone has weird interactions with you or not, as i do not believe it to be exclusively an scumtell.
But i did find Zor’s huge wallpost with an extremely pointless conclusion to be awful and really scummy. It’s like he’s trying to appear solving, and makes a bug wall of content. But on closer inspection it reads as really forced analyzis and doesn’t really conclude a thing. And Zor doesn’t even use that information for anything.
So i believe he has scumtold much harder and is my preferred elimination for today.

I think how a player interacts with me approaches my slots is highly AI which is why I moved from Ico to TGP because I think his entire approach to my slot didn’t make much sense coming from a town perspective. So, it necessary, I’ll consider moving there but TGP is my currently my most confident sr and Math isn’t a fan of either. I will reread Zor’s wall but I would like you not to outright dismiss my reasons. I wouldn’t be voting TGP if I didn’t think I have good reasons for that vote.

I endorse this post and would like to subscribe to its newsletter. Like, could TGP be scum? Sure, I'm not in love with how tentative he seems to be, but I think zor has continued to refuse to provide anything of substance in terms of his interaction with the game. His stances seem to be "lets not yeet these two players who had zero chance of being yeeted." and "lets vote a quietish slot without explanation."

He initially jumped on me for an NAI reason refused to reacess or re-evaluate, then he tried to weirdly flatter me while still sr me. Then he finally decideds he can’t push me and he attacks me for it, callinf me “antitown” , which makes 0 sense considering he now has decided his push on me is wrong. I just think that town!TGP wouldn’t be approaching my slot this way. I just don’t feel anything about the way he’s engaged with me this game makes sense coming from town. Other than that the entire unwillingness to sort, reacess, re-evaluate is seriously weird to me because I don’t often see that from town. I mean he’s also voting molla who I think is town so I very much dislike that wagon. Yes I get that and I think that’s likely true for all of us. I usually only understand why I’m getting scumread is when I actually get a red role pm. I'm not really settled on Zor yet, but the reasons for voting for him and the people doing it have me really wary of the wagon. TGP might be a reasonable vote, but I think Akarin is more likely to flip scum.

I agree to some extent here. PvP interactions are obviously one of the best sources of information. One of the things I do is bump heads with players to form reads. But you seem to just hardcore scumread anyone who dares look at you and, how dare they, say they don't townread you?

At any rate, I don’t think I’m ever voting Norwee or Misty here, so if we have a point in the game where it’s me, Norwee, Misty and Pine, I’d obviously vote Pine but I’m concerned that Ico who is ironically giving me shit for my TGP read appears to be basing his Pine read off of emotional reactions, so I don’t trust that. I think you and Norwee are approaching his slot in a way that I can’t immediately dismiss but I agree with FL, I still think he could be town doing this.

Scum!Nancy is pretty one-dimensional imo, they also lurk more. They are definitely aggressive as both alignments as i've pointed out before, but their reasons for getting mad so far makes sense from them.

Activity is 100% NAI for me. I’ve done any and everything activity wise as every alignment: town, scum, 3P. That’s why I got upset earlier at FL’s Auro read because I’ve lurked passively/actively, replaced out, hyper posted etc. as all 3 alignments, so activity is never an accurate way to read me. Not sure I’d necessarily agree with the “one dimensional” part either. It’s more how I approach reads and the game. In a nutshell, you could tell I was scum in that game because it was beyond clear I had no interest in solving but then I might have also possibly been demotivated as town once the masons decided to direct it but I agree with most of this. I am generally much more highly motivated when I’m town because my juice is in solving riddles and having to give fake reads, solves, etc. is as boring af, so I really hate doing that.

Yes I get that and I think that’s likely true for all of us. I usually only understand why I’m getting scumread is when I actually get a red role pm. I asked him to read TGP, and Ceph thinks it's possible TGP is scum, but is confused at why he's a popular target. Also as scum it'd be weird to go after Nancy because she'll definitely OMGUS you. Not the wagon I'd go for today, and it's practically the same wagon as the one that was on me (Flavor, BBmolla, Nancy, NEE). The only difference is Mistyx being on it and shea avoiding it despite really going after TGP (and obviously TGP not being on it). Kind of just reinforces to me that assuming there were a couple of scum on my wagon that it's not TGP.

Let's talk about interactions between common people on these wagons.

NEE about Flavor: Opening post is a vote for FL, says that FL vote is town. Directly talks to FL once. Gets asked a question directly by FL and responds with a scum game. Once more recently but just about how the game isn't chaotic.
Flavor about NEE: Quite a few. Asks NEE about his reads. There's a short back and forth previously mentioned here.

These two don't seem to be likely to be both scum, though I admit Flavor seems like the type of person who is good at interacting with his scummates.

NEE about BBMolla: basically agrees with BBM saying he's content with the Ram vote. Claims he'd support a BBM wagon if not for the wagon on me... then joins the TGP vote (justified later by then saying that TGP is the scummy one and bbmolla is "slightly scummy")
BBM about NEE: Votes for NEE in a jokingly way then goes back to the Pine project he assigned himself. No further interactions.

If one of these two are scum I could definitely see the other being scum. NEE could be halfheartedly distancing from BBM. That said, BBM doesn't have many interactions with anyone so have to adjust on that basis.

NEE about Nancy: His iso is FULL of interaction with Nancy.
Nancy about NEE: Likewise here.

Are NEE and Nancy otherwise good friends? Because assuming not, it seems unlikely to me that these two are together.

Definitely a possible pairing, though again part of this is BBM has fewer interactions overall so it seems less determinative.

BBM about Nancy: recently called Nancy town. Otherwise nothing.
Nancy about BBM: Agrees with the Pine vote by BBM. Calls into question BBM's Pine vote later. Answers a question about Ramcius.

Nancy's posts to BBM seem pretty organic at least.

Ceph went through this game and has given me a bunch of reads. And his major message is that he's confused why i didn't vote akarin instead of BB, and he thinks the neighborizor is a town role this game ("gut" he says).

So I guess that's what I'm doing. The BBMolla vote, for those who asked, was me trying to use the prior two wagons (TGP and myself) to link up people. I'd prefer Flavor to get a read on the others, but that's not happening today so whatever.

re: my Molla vote, I had intended to come back the next day and talk about it. It was partially POE, partially to see if a wagon would start there because it was time to change gears, and I also wanted to see how people reacted to it.

Need to look at that in more detail after I sleep but Pine's reaction puts him back into the pool for me.

Saying something is a good post is me actually being a huge fan, saying it’s not bad, is me not necessarily seeing why it’s scummy but I recalled a past game where scum did make a post that was similar, so I could see it. Am I convinced town couldn’t make that post? Obviously not but it’s not a post that couldn’t come from scum either. I have less reasons to tr him currently than anyone else on the playerlist. I will say if you’re actually town, you’re very likely to get miselimed if you keep doing this but the more you do it, the less I think that’s likely.

After re-thinking things yesterday with my team i have reasons to believe TGP’s claim is more likely town.
First of all, their play makes more sense as town than scum due to key points from Shirou.
And JJH told me their claim makes sense with their flavour. And setup wise it’s more likely a town claim too.

I asked him to read TGP, and Ceph thinks it's possible TGP is scum, but is confused at why he's a popular target. Also as scum it'd be weird to go after Nancy because she'll definitely OMGUS you. Not the wagon I'd go for today, and it's practically the same wagon as the one that was on me (Flavor, BBmolla, Nancy, NEE). The only difference is Mistyx being on it and shea avoiding it despite really going after TGP (and obviously TGP not being on it). Kind of just reinforces to me that assuming there were a couple of scum on my wagon that it's not TGP.

Let's talk about interactions between common people on these wagons.

NEE about Flavor: Opening post is a vote for FL, says that FL vote is town. Directly talks to FL once. Gets asked a question directly by FL and responds with a scum game. Once more recently but just about how the game isn't chaotic.
Flavor about NEE: Quite a few. Asks NEE about his reads. There's a short back and forth previously mentioned here.

These two don't seem to be likely to be both scum, though I admit Flavor seems like the type of person who is good at interacting with his scummates.

NEE about BBMolla: basically agrees with BBM saying he's content with the Ram vote. Claims he'd support a BBM wagon if not for the wagon on me... then joins the TGP vote (justified later by then saying that TGP is the scummy one and bbmolla is "slightly scummy")
BBM about NEE: Votes for NEE in a jokingly way then goes back to the Pine project he assigned himself. No further interactions.

If one of these two are scum I could definitely see the other being scum. NEE could be halfheartedly distancing from BBM. That said, BBM doesn't have many interactions with anyone so have to adjust on that basis.

NEE about Nancy: His iso is FULL of interaction with Nancy.
Nancy about NEE: Likewise here.

Are NEE and Nancy otherwise good friends? Because assuming not, it seems unlikely to me that these two are together.

While this is a team game, you're using your teammate as a shield between you and your vote in a way that gives me scumvibes. I can't see how she arrives at her reads partially due to that as well, and lack the read transparency that would be pro-town. I'm really liking the way shea happens to be posting - their townread on zor comes up organically and genuinely, and their scumread on ramcius is the same, even if i don't particularly agree with either. TSQ where are you standing today?

I like pressure on akarin. My plan was to come into today to try to engage with her to see if I could tease out reads and maybe some participation I could sort but she hasn't been here and I don't know what to do with the slot because again it's just so different from what I saw in Among Us Mafia. I am more interested in this than in TGP because to me TGP looks more like I've experienced them in other games as town than akarin does.

I don't really think either side of you-FL is scum but if its one of the two I think its FL. I'm having a hard time getting FL outside of null which listening to everyone seems to be his MO.

I've already said my piece about ramcius. This is a lot of the scum hunting and engagement I thought was lacking from their day one play so I don't really feel like pushing in that direction right now.

At the risk of drawing nancy's ire I think the way pine interacted with the wagon yesterday was pretty suspect where they were against it and then kind of flailed against it ineffectually while refusing to actually do anything that might stop it from happening.

So I'm interested in putting some pressure on akarin and pine and I'm not sure which yet, ideally one of them would come into the thread and start engaging with things.

Heres a run down of what I think so far:

1) I like misty's responses to my questions. They dealt with the pressure well and their answers have a logical consistency to them. I don't really agree with the method of favoring town hunting over scum hunting, but at least they're noting things and have reasons for what they're doing that make a lot of sense to me.

2) Zors reaction to my vote is ultimately NAI. I wanted to see if he would place a different vote or would stick with the NbEE vote. The main thing I don't like about it is that it chooses to actively continue not interacting with the game. This is a very minor ping but I want to call it out because its worth noting later when I go back and look at zor with the benefit of more information.

3) Flavor Leaf has a whole lot of posts with a whole little of substance. I'm not a fan of it so far but like the previous thing its minor because we're so early so I just want to note it for later that its bugging me.

4) I'm not sure why ramcius is getting a pass. Nancy made a response to ico for their entrance into the game, and while they're right there's no content there at least Ico basically said "Hey I'm here, VLA!" which explains the lack of substance. Ramcius has given us nothing of the sort and their iso is basically nonsense. The only thing even resembling a game relevant statement is his theory craft response towards BBMolla.

I’m getting extremely tired of having my reads be constantly discredited as either OMGUS or pocket. In both PA and CoD, this isn’t how he approached my slot. Yes he was tr me in CoD but the basic difference between this game and this one was that my tr on him felt far more like a Stockholm Syndrome type of thing as I only tr him out of fear because he kept jumping on me whenever I disagreed with him on anything.
