What I do put stock in is that Sauda has not been playing a transparent game, has shown excessive laziness and extreme tunneling, no genuine conviction in his scum reads (specifically Krazy). I think thats far more solid than "thread bloating".

PEDIT: Sauda is correct however, the connection to Worst is much more compelling. Scum know the future and we do not. This gives them an advantage in logic. At this point it is pre-flip speculation and so I am not going to let it affect me in any direct way. However, this kind of thinking can be used to choose from different equally suspicious scum suspects where one may be better than another because of their connections.

This is a problem for anyone who wants to both lynch Saudade and who believes that the worst is scum. the worst was an awful bus candidate at the time that Saudade started the push. Saudade fabricated a wagon on him out of nowhere. Yes, it's possible that Saudade then wanted to defend him by saying that we're not killing a claimed power role Day 1. I find it to be incredibly unlikely that he would do that.

Remember we dicussed this earlier and even Profii agrees with me. Scum know all the alignments and if they are bussing or not. Before we get any flips, its is PRE-FLIP ASSOCIATIONS which are completely unreliable. We should read both slots independently, if we read them both as scum then there could be bussing but the point is that reads are not certain -- flips are certain (without role madness) and that's the only time that associations work; i.e. POST-FLIP. Its too easy for scum to manipulate town who suffer from lack of information.

The odds are that town will lynch town more often than not but this is not a mathematical game. Proper play should yield mafia far more than not. The problem is players don't play properly and it makes it harder to find scum than it normally should be. I think the two strongest scum suspects are Sauda & Gamma. We won't have enough votes for Sauda and so that would leave Gamma but I am not sure if everyone has seen what I have seen with the sheeping/BW-ing but I know I am not the only one. I think Creature is town and I definitely will not lynch Sasha D1. That covers it for me.

That's simply not how things rolled out. My contempt "started" with a a mere mentioning followed by a callout, followed by a full-blown 1v1. Furthermore, we can see how Almost is at least trying to actively solve (not saying he's town) so this is a misrep of A50 as well. Add BW-ing/Sheeping and a scummy slot entrance.

Some roles should pretty much be on auto-lynch, like Krazy if there aren't two NK's, whereas Worst well oh my lookie here he has so many options to extend his life and make him believable. Then there is Crimson Doc well with so many dang claims I simply won't be talking about this one in advance.

Your posts that surround votes are choices to jump on another player's logic, and you ask few questions to get more information. I also think you are letting claims influence you more than the way claims happened. Like for instance, I can't point to anything wrong with Crimson's claim except for the fact he didn't crumb. Krazy's claim lacked crumbing (but apparently this is explained by role proveability) AND was made at L-2 without reason and is thus less believable. Worst's claim was made at L-3 AND including lying about the reason he claimed AND includes lying about actually crumbing AND includes a roll that is not easily proven by any stretch of the imagination.

So I see the claim strength list (from strongest to weakest) as:

Crimson
Krazy
Worst

I think we need to leave off the claims for analysis and focus on a scum team of 3 so that we should be able to find more scum in the player list because not all 3 claims will prove false IMO.

Not calling you anything, but inconsistency is a towntell for most experienced players. When you know nothing you are just taking shots in the dark and considering all possibilities (including contradicting ones, like "if X is scum them Y is Town" but also "If Y is Scum hen I don't know what X is doing" as opposed to just "they can't be scum together")

As an informed scumster you would have a road map to follow in order to be convincing and direct the (mis)lynch (and probably the whole game) the way you want.

players, which is the case at hand. Also this is no way a hard defence of FL. It's just a general rule of the thumb.

One thing about this game now is that we have all active slots. This is definitely an improvement in the game state.

This is totally an instinct post here but since other people are doing it, I might as well too:

There seems to be these two factions:

A) Myself, Profii, Light, Naomi, Creature
B) FL, Krazy, Peformer, Gamma, Crimson

And these two factions are on opposite sides, seeing the game entirely differently. Just weird.

You can't talk about "setup" unless we have confirmed claims without massively being involved in WIFOM -- I know the scum are driving all this BS pre-confirmed claim BS this day.

Well for one, its not a "scum-town" list. Its more like a "perspective list" where people sharing the same game perspectives seemed to have grouped around each other. Its like I said more of an instinct but when I see Faction A post I generally agree with what they say but when I see Faction B post I generally disagree. :shrug:

I am always willing to lynch fakeclaims. THe only argument I have seen in thread to lynch Crimson is how a claim of Doc interrelkates with other unconfirmed claims and the game setup. That will NEVER be the reason to lynch a claimed town PR. If there is a better case that I have missed I need to hear it.

How can YOU ask this question when you see how scummy The Worst's claim is? Don't you obviously agree that The Worst is a better lynch than Crimson?

I mean (I am not saying this) EVEN if we just loke at the two claims on proveability, The Worst is better because he never has to prove his role until LYLO with all sorts of WIFOM results available at his choosing -- REMEMBER he chose this as a fake claim before and that's the reason.

@Profii: The moptivation for scum FL/Creature was that Creature was the OBV lynch for D1 and the Mason claim was the only way to derail that. Obviously I do not hold Creature as scum but if they are scum together, that was the reason. If Creature holds a particulasrly powerful scum role, a gambit like this could be seen as warranted.

Obviously however I am the wrong choice for the day not only because I am town but because we have genuinely scummy players that should be voted.

Claimed Doc can easily be proven in SO many ways whereas if our Doc dies and he is such a powerful role, its the WIFOM of who is scum on his wagon because if you are scum the one thing you think about is advancing your NK's -- lynching the guy you want to NK the most. Its just fail all the reasons these fail people told me not to lynch Worst are completely ignored on Crimson.

The only reason this horsecrap is going down is because scum couldn't fake any more reads and used it as an excuse to do what they really wanted. There was a decision that was made to lynch here and it had to be announced in thread too. I know this "informal group" of players did this. We are specifically looking for 3 of them.

@About: I agree with you in most parts and its hard to generalize "what scum will do" but lynching a town PR will always advance their cause without a doubt. The reason that the wagon is so difficult is the same reason that the scum are on it.
