I wanna vote you for this.
But I feel so bad about misreading you and making an ass out of myself that I want to vote with you instead. :3
It's honestly fair him to call me on it, though it's not really meaning of anything for my alignment or anything (except I guess that I've been avoiding the game)

I do seem to recall the last time Gamma did that, he was scum, so consider me in support of this. (I like my Bell vote more, but in spirit I am with you here and will happily switch.)
Which game was this? I can meta dive you if you want but I'd rather hear from you.

To be fair, this game’s huge, and if you’re not in it, or plan to be, i can understand why.

If anything this is probably more town indicative for me.

Side note, I have an 8p Micro game in queue with the theme of Guillermo Del Toro’s The Shape of Water, should be a fun small ride. It’s taking long to fill than my large themes.

Just in case anyone is looking for a small game to play.
but what do you think it means for me? You kinda made it about yourself there.

I don't hate weebs, some of my best friends and hydra pals are weebs. We're even using an anime magical girl group pic as our hydra picture.
I even watched a few anime myself, it's just I try not to look too closely at anime girl pictures since some of them give off slightly creepy vibes.

-Blossom
This is actually why, I when I stopped being edgy despair boi that's actually a curvy woman, I chose the pfp I did rather than breaking out the Melody one I had from Dragalia before. I got criticized for it in a way I felt like had merit, so I opted for a character that wasn't even human because I don't think a vegetable is gonna bother as many people as a loli (even though I don't think Melody is a loli)

BM doesn’t seem to be genuinely sorting and is resorting to shade, they jumped on me trying to discredit my push by mixing in obvious joke points, and just want one of the most active slots dead and theirs is both the least town and the least entertaining of the most active players.
As for ignoring votes, can’t really engage Nero rn, and yours just seemed to be following A50, which while he called out a fair point, I think saying I should auto-die for it is kinda uncalled for. I had similar issues in AvP where I was town.

Btw there is one person I expect to at least read me well, if not right

Well, what do you prefer instead?
I've given 2 options. BH or Echo.
I think Echo's response to my vote was lackluster. Wanna double tag team a vote on them for more pressure?
I’d prefer to press my own suspicions but I’d definitely pick Echo out of those options.

I’d rather ask first if I’m answering a question directed at someone else.
I don’t personally mind hydrae, but these ones are deliberately acting to inflate the thread. I don’t think either on its own is a problem, but they’re making the situation worse together by egging each other on. So I think it will be healthy for the game length for one of them to go. I obviously prefer MM to go but BH can go and I won’t feel too bad about it.

Because that'll be the number of scum in this game.

It's too large for four scum but too small for six scum. schadd_'s MBOS games are heavily vanilla, utterly ruling out six scum, but while they may be heavily vanilla, I don't see a world in which the setup is balanced with only four scum; there needs to be a fifth.

Thus, I need five real scumreads.
From personal experience 4 scum is possible, but it needs to be HEAVILY vanilla

Why would you call out a claim that is both present and not present? I think you had an insider to A50’s playstyle who fed you that morsel of knowledge and that’s why those were listed together. It’s moon logic but it’s a moon logic I don’t think you planned for.

This is such poor analysis. The human brain does NOT think in terms of "random"ness. It goes off of past data and uses that. So if Norway is drafting up a joke about claims, OF COURSE it makes sense that his brain references an outlier claim he's heard recently. This is on top of the fact that our role title is literally not miller mason. The ironic thing is that your brain's pattern-seeking behavior is now wanting to discount Norway doing the exact same thing. To say this is TMI at all is just so far off the mark. What benefit does scum Norway even derive from leaking that info in the first place? It makes no sense, find something else to deflect with pls
Okay piss off with the deflecting shit. I was greeted in this game with a wagon. Does that mean everything I push is a deflection? No, fuck off.
And like, sure it’s not really a likely scenario but I’m not interested in being told the odds rn. Right now is the time to go off wild ideas, rather than later when the results of the game are in the balance. Plus it also lets me see how norskee reacts. My feelings on that so far is that I think he’s trying to play it down in a suspicious way.

goddamnit a50/superbowl that's awfully convenient. "we have a pt, and we all investigate as third party, but not to worry! because we are actually town, and you will take our word for it."

that being said, that seems like exactly the kind of role schadd adds to the game to fw town, so i'll begrudgingly townbin the "masons".

this gamma wagon feels too fast and too easy to be a wagon on scum. i'm wagering that there's at least two or three scum on that wagon, maybe more.
I like this take from TGP tbh, and not just because it aids me. It reminds me of what I’m pretty sure was my first game with him. In it I replaced in to a mildly suspicious slot and made things a lot worse for myself, but I believe TGP among a few others correctly read that I was just floundering town and scum was trying to ensure I got voted out. I can’t say whether I think that’s the case rn but it’s a good sign for TGP that he sees what he sees.

Between the pushing of a50’s claim as fake, the unproductive etymology (best way I can put it) wall, and just the bracket of players they fit in, I’m warming up to the idea of voting BH
PEdit: @Bell have I played with you on a different account/website Bell? I don’t think our combined meta is enough for you to expect that from me. What sort of wagon analysis do you expect?
@Echo based on your last post in our convo I wasn’t expecting that, but okay.

So what you're telling me is that you're not deflecting because you said so, you're just pushing wild fantasies because you wouldn't be able to do that in late game. Good to know.
I'm saying you're too eager to say I'm deflecting. It seems like you are taking most if not all my attempts to push people as deflecting. I didn't exactly get a clean lot for this game, mate.
And the "wild fantasy" isn't exactly something I'm treating as conclusive, as you can probably tell by me not voting norskee yet. I just wanted to press what looked possible, and see what happened.

What if this is a 10 scum game?? Have you considered this angle???
It's dumb to press things that are clearly wrong yet technically possible. When you do it it looks like you're grasping at straws. Add that with you having a wagon and of course it's a deflection. What I want you to do that I wouldn't call out as a deflection is to make contributions to the game which are actually valuable, find us scum, and case them. If you're not doing that you're deflecting.
The thing is, those wild guesses let me see how they respond. Things like 1625 tell me norskee is looking for technical outs that subvert the case without actually confronting it. Saying "oh I didn't even look at the videos" doesn't actually contradict me, it just sidesteps the point.
And if you expect me to write big cases you're gonna be disappointed, even when I have time I don't really like to do those. And my time is pretty limited rn. Beyond that you seem to be falling into the trap a lot of people fall into trying to read me, which is that you can't see where my contributions are, and what I'm doing to scumhunt. I ALWAYS get the same crap of "Gamma isn't solving/contributing/xyzzy", it's 100% not indicative of anything, except that the person doesn't know thing 1 about how I play.

what Taylor said I guess. Also I read back a couple posts in the MM ISO to see if they'd expressed more about the claim and I think there's something I read past without responding to that I should have.

I don't want you to wallpost, I want you to find scum instead of trying to wring up Norway on technicalities. And did you just say you not scumhunting isn't AI?
I didn't say that. I said you're not seeing my scumhunting process, because you haven't played with me. Aside from that, fair enough I guess. There's probably other reasons to SR norskee but if I were to claim them as things I fully believed rn I'd be lying.

thats also a dumb wagon.

"oooh i dont like hydrae, therefore this hydra must be scum!!!"
"theyre posting too much!"
"they posted about language policing rather than whos scum this one time!"
"shut up loudmouth"

i feel like im decent at sorting the people in that hydra, and i feel like i can sort them as town here.
I think the best one I can read in it is Hop, and his posting is relatively inoffensive. However I think they're still a good vote because of what I've seen from the other two.

Let me put this out now, this will be expanded on later. I have 3 sets of "will vote" brackets in this game. One for scumreads, one for people who I don't townread and I think voting them out improves game health, and one that is the intersection between those two. Originally BH was in the second bracket listed there, but they've moved into the third at this point. I'll eventually put out where all of my scumread/acceptable votes our within this, but for now I'll say MM is in the scumreads that improve game health if they're eliminated, and Menalque is in the scumread only section.

You are, and so am I.. and a couple more (I don't remember all of them, but I seem to remember DS expressing the same notion). And -by extension- my Mason buddies are also Scum (although I've been trying to convince sb to trust my TR on Gamma). Who else? I guess that's about it. 6-8 scums all on the same team.
seems like a pretty impressive scumteam. i think that theory about 10 scum might not be that far off.
I wanted to talk about this when I did get to detailing my overall reads, but now's as good a time. I do think I have a lot of people I am suspecting at this point, plus the people I just would vote to clear them out. Them all together at this point probably do amount to 10+ of the people in the game.

It comes off as the circumstances of that game are replicated and you're happy to be able to vote me out this time rather than what happened the last time. That heavily suggests you are not town, and have reason to think I am.

I don't see how it comes off that way at all, actually. How does it come off as that rather than me shitposting?
First off that's not the game I was thinking you were referencing when I did my own research, I thought you were referencing Pokemon Fusion UPick, where I was scum and lived til the end. The fact you referenced a game that wasn't as closely in the specified timeframe as the one I'd initially picked out made me think that the situation in Ruby had been replicated, which was you being scum who pushed me for awful reasons (my predecessor was playing to their "scum meta", a hard-to-defend-against position if one doesn't know the details), which also match up to what the push on me rn feels like (essentially I'm getting pushed for having avoided the game, which isn't really defensible because there's no way I can demonstrate that it wasn't because I was scum). Plus the way you said it just doesn't seem like you have good intentions.

If it was it would lean towards that, it just feels like a scripted lecture

Like, it just seems like Flopz is trying to tell everyone off, the actual constructive thing imo would have been to try to be understanding and guiding

This is so bad. What is the scum-motivation for me in faking to doubt Almo's claim? Almo and I sharing the trait of joking around does not mean I should magically be able to tell when he's being serious or joking.

I can't say for certain if your doubt was real or fake, but either way it seems out-of-character for you.

@Buttercup: Plus, I just now remembered I asked about this and didn't get an answer, why did you not press Titus or mastina for their mason claim when mastina fakes it all the time for questionable at best reasons?

I’d be posting way more if I were scum here, Menalque. Go check Animal U pick. I’ve read like nothing of this game. Bad time for me to have it start. I’m tryin to catch up.
I'm now interested in what the April case is/was because I remember that being a thing too and it hasn't really been clarified from what I've seen.

@Mena When I say you're minimizing me, I mean that you're attempting to reduce things down to something they're not. You're not my only scumread/person in that bracket, and I never said as much. You trying to suggest that is trying to make it look like I've done less than I have.
@Nero I'm a little surprised you're backing off, not sure what that does to my read on you yet.

Because you're essentially saying "read us off of Hopkirk" which would make me feel like you're more town than how I'm currently reading you. I guess the feelings still there but because it wasn't intended I'm feeling unsure about acting on it.

They're not 3P in a way that matters, though, or at least from what they've claimed. The fact you tried to suggest that and also suggest it was something worth pushing seems like you're scum based on your mindset towards 3Ps.

I didn't really mind Tay fakeclaiming mason because I don't really see anything out of line with it, all I've gotten is that it was an attempt to cover for the real third mason. That seems like an odd risk for scum to take imo, but it's not strongly AI.

~Morning
I'm really not seeing how you've been trying to see the positive side of me. Though the response to my other post does kinda indicate that.
I feel like from the moment I started SRing your hydra both of your heads have been acting like I'm confscum or something. it's a large team but still a size that I think makes it probable multiball. But I have seen a 4 man team in a 25 man game so take that for what it's worth.

In addition, if you hate playing with Taylor so much, don't play with her rather than shitpushing her ever game you're in together.

Maybe we were “lurky” BECAUSE YOU MADE THIS GAME A HELLHOLE TO PARTAKE IN!!!! And calling your group “superstars” is so fucking arrogant. What sort of god complex do you have plaguing your mind that made that sound like an okay thing to say?

And the disrespectful part was calling the scumteam sans Mathblade uncharismatic. I have charisma, it just failed to kick in because town had already blocked together before I could do much about it.

I’m not mad I lost. I’m mad you’re acting like I never could have won.
