Ever since the monstrous disaster that had been DeasVail's last attempt at food preparation, DeasVail had been in what could be called a cooking slump. The kind of slump that would make up several chapters of the bestselling autobiography he would undoubtedly produce after becoming a world-famous chef, in fact. However, recent events had left him even lower than usual. After meeting up with several scummers in Sydney several days earlier and being deprived of the MafiaScum Song Contest for a month, DeasVail was suffering from a two-pronged withdrawal that seemingly had no remedy. He had trialed an array of potential cures, from aggressively lynching members of the mafia to dancing along with Taylor Swift's Shake It Off on repeat. Despite such attempts, however, no bloodlust nor aesthetically displeasing movements could shake off his ever-descending slump.
It was on a hot and humid Australian summer day that DeasVail came up with his latest idea. He would re-live the experience of the Sydney Night Out by cooking the dishes that had been eaten on that night! He would, of course, start with his own order, the chicken parmigiana, but as always, DeasVail was prone to having his culinary masterpieces plagued by misplaced ingredients. The poor guy is pushed to the brink of anxiety by the prospect of preparing a dish alone, so it is up to the correct ingredients to weed out the evil, incorrect ones, and expel them from DeasVail's kitchen!
The IC (Inexperience-Challenged) player is here to answer any questions and help newbies understand how mafia is played here, but remember that they are playing the game as well, so are not necessarily town. Their play is governed by the article, Being a good IC.
The SE (Semi-Experienced) players have finished at least three games on MS.net, so may also be able to help out.

This game uses the Matrix6 setup, which is determined by randomly selecting one row or one column from the below table, then filling in the remaining 6 roles with Vanilla Townies and Mafia Goons as necessary to create a 7-town, 2-mafia setup.

Gameplay:
11) Votes must be bolded or in vote tag format to count. I will not count any that are not. Example: VOTE: DeasVail. Abbreviations can also be used as long as it’s clear who you’re voting for. Example: VOTE: DV
12) Unvoting when changing a vote is helpful, but not required. Voting at the beginning of a line is also helpful, but not required, although not doing so increases the chance I will miss it.
13) Votes for a no lynch must be the following: VOTE: No Lynch. Using bold is fine too.
14) A lynch or no-lynch before deadline requires a majority of votes.
15) Once a majority is reached, it becomes twilight until I can post the lynch. No voting or unvoting will count.
16) No majority at deadline means no lynch occurs.
Activity:
17) Please inform me if and when you will be V/LA. If I feel that the period is too long, or there is some other reason for me to do so, I will replace you.
18) Prods will be sent after 3 days (72 hours) without a post. If there is no response after another 24 hours, I will start looking for a replacement.
19) If someone accumulates 3 prods over the course of the game and I feel they are not active enough, they will be replaced.
20) Days have 2-week deadlines unless an extension is granted. Feel free to ask for them, but I will only grant one if there is good reason to.
21) Nights will last 48 hours.

DeasVail was absolutely and utterly shocked by how things were progressing. The bacon was still in its packaging, the chicken had survived the processes of seasoning with salt and pepper and being dredged in flour and dipped in egg without transforming into a different meat, and the chili chocolate ice cream was sitting there melting away. What exactly DeasVail was meant to do with this last ingredient he didn't know, however as it was there in front of him, it was of course a vital component of his re-creation! In summary, things were going along schnitzelly!
However, what DeasVail did next was incredibly odd. When questioned following the event, he would claim that he had heard a voice not unlike his grandmother's, demanding that he do it.
'Shouldn't he have done that before dressing me in salt, pepper, egg and flour?' the chicken whispered to the breadcrumbs.
'I wish for your sake that he hadn't thought of the idea at all,' the breadcrumbs whispered back.
'Just be gentle when you touch the breast. It'll be awfully tender.'

@mod: I've never done this before and it feels awful to do so now but I literally can't summon any motivation for mafia and thus need to request to be replaced. Apologies to everyone for the awful example but you deserve to have an IC who'll give the game some effort.
