Mala, could you provide at least, as a token of good faith and open show of your thought processes, an ordered list of the players and how you would rank them from more villagery(towny) to most wolfy? If you include a break in the list to indicate a "null line" that would also help immensely, thank you.

See the player list and realize that JV is in it.

Perhaps consider this motivation, which is the truth:
I want to advance the game to the fun part asap(solving)
The most effective way to get there is to take stances and note reactions to said stances.
I have not even once stated any of my reads were set in stone - in fact mala has been fairly volatile here in view.
Tl;dr forcing reads advances the gamestate and you should consider people have diffrent opinions on how to play Mafia.

I've been playing on/off for ~1.5 years. First game ever was on this site

I've only been mafia once, in some odd 4 player game as part of a hydra. It was highly stressful, being of the town alignment seems to be more fun for me after that experience.

I'm a lurker, prefer to sit and watch from the outside, seeing how other players interact with each other, see what interactions seem genuine and which seem forced

I find it difficult to lie. They apparently never come across as believable and people always seem to call me out on them

Why don’t you ask me? You’ve asked everyone else how they feel. I’m sorry I’m not as invested in D1 as you. All town tends to do is confuse each other.

We couldn’t have any less provable knowledge than we will all game and everyone acts like they are big braining some kind of hero solve that has slim probability to non of being accurate at this stage. I like to simplify my solving on D1 by looking at votes. Compare them to the flip to start D2 and go from there.

You can say what you want but when i flick a page down on my phone and it’s the same 1v1 from the last page then I just start to skim. I like where my vote is. Koopa seems very bothered by me.(and yes Koopa keeps autocorrecting to “loops” for me too.

I can ask any great town player I know(SPF, macdougal, askthepizzaguy, etc.) And they'd all tell you that trying to tell people that "making a list" is wolfy is a ridiculous concept.

I have 0 hope in adjusting your play here but I fear you are going to be taken easily to a limlo situation and you will end up using these tells to lose us the game.

It's not a free pass but I'm not sure Koopa makes it up at that point in the game. They weren't really nearing elimination or anything as such albeit they weren't in the clear; they appeared to detect the discussion between them and Flavor was going nowhere and a reveal was the best way to move past that. Such an approach feels quite townie to me. Do you still think Koopa is mafia in light of their claim?

It would be irresponsible for me to vote there D1,although I do not like the way it was presented. I'm not 100% convinced.

I can see NK15's vote as definitely being quite suspect potentially. MathBlade feels unlikely to go out at the moment given they've replaced in and there's not a lot of pressure there so far. It's potentially an easy place for under pressure mafia to park a vote, but then I suppose that also depends on whether you think mafia are aiming to drive a town elimination at the moment or just try to avoid suspicion irrespective of who goes. Although I may be letting my own personal biases get in the way here based on who I've suspected so far: I thought your vote on Koopa was really lazy but didn't SR you for it.

Another is the game I recently played with FL and was masons.

I’ve been trying to think of a way to not have the worst mechanical issue to ever exist from what I know can happen but it seems things are going down that way.

There are low intensity wolf and town games too I saw - but this stood out. I read their ISO and thought similar things I did here. They pushed players in a similar way.

Did a meta dive on italiano to see if I could eliminate them from my PoE - looks like this game, is similar to this one in terms of play.
There are low intensity wolf and town games too I saw - but this stood out. I read their ISO and thought similar things I did here. They pushed players in a similar way.

Common procedure is to let the investigative claim live a day because if they get limmed, wow you hanged a crucial role.

I would assume common procedure is not to claim in the first place, especially within the context of this game. And look at what you said: “live a day”. Scum want to bide time because of the very fact that

A lot of it is that they have repped in and haven’t swayed me to tr them yet. I don’t have exact numbers(yes Jackson I was lying as scum last game ) I found a lot of people won’t take scum pm’s or respond to them. Now this wasn’t at the beginning of the game so it’s a little less sus, however I watched Math basically run a game as town with quality assertions and was very proactive. I’m wanting to see that before I slide them over to town.

My vote on them is definitely annoyance driven though as I want Kitty limmed today. So I’m taking it off..

I’m not reading FL cause there is just so much, so I’m putting the onus on Math, perhaps a little unfairly to prove to me that slot is green.

Mathblade - how do you feel about NK15 slot, without taking into account the claim, since after all its NAI.

It’s hard for me to get a feeling on anyone. The game has been moving too fast. I didn’t have a vibe on them and most of my TRs were voting them so I was okay to vote there. Scorpious recently pinged me with the reads list that makes zero sense and refuses to answer questions about it. So they’re as good as any.

I feel anytime I try to communicate I get drowned out and I need rapid fire answers right gauge authenticity.

So nothing?

Just a thought. If you asked questions without veiling them with some sort of accusation or asking 5 at once I might be able to identify them. You are the only one I am having trouble with here… we’re just missing each other. I don’t evade questions nor have I this entire game.. until you..
