I'm not sure I can count that as a valid referral. Can I have opinions from other players on the matter?

I'll edit this post with the current proposals. Most of them need your vote to progress.
(127) by Allomancer: A player may duel another player by announcing their intention do so in in bold in the thread. Only one duel may take place at a time. All players not in the duel have one vote to vote for a winner of duel, which they do by posting a vote tag with the dueler's name. The dueler with the majority of votes wins the duel. If there is a tie when all active players have voted, the defender wins the duel. The loser of the duel loses 10 Reputation and the winner gains 10 Reputation.

Nay - Ircher

I will always be opposed to those whom decline my propositions.

From now on, I will be accepting bribes of 1-5 Reputation points. 5 rep guarentees that I vote like you. 1 rep will make me consider it I will allow bribe wars.

Proposal 358:
Players can bribe other players by giving them coins equal to half or more of the recipient's total coins. Doing so will make the Briber lose 5 reputation. A bribe can force a player to vote in a particular way.

Since 365 just passed,
Proposal 366:
Amend Rule 365 to say "The President, when elected, must appoint at least 3 other players to become his Advisory Board. The Advisory Board can overturn any ruling the President makes with a 2/3ds vote within 48 hours. In the event that the President passes anything, the Advisory board must, with a 2/3rds majority and within 48 hours, agree with the passing before the approval goes through."
Edit 1: Spelling
Edit 2: Added Quotation at the end.

"A player may duel another player by announcing their intention do so in in bold in the thread. Starting a duel costs 5 coins. Only one duel may take place at a time. The player challenged may decline the duel within 24 hours, which costs 5 coins. All players not in the duel have one vote to vote for a winner of duel, which they do by posting a vote tag with the dueler's name. The dueler with the majority of votes wins the duel. If there is a tie when all active players have voted, the defender wins the duel. The loser of the duel loses 10 Reputation and the winner gains 10 Reputation."
So I wasn't completely right, but it wouldn't cost me 5 coins, it would cost Logan 5 coins.

If it did cost me 5 coins because Logan declared it, then any player could abuse the system by declaringf Duel after duel on a player until they go bankrupt.
Its scope is too large (I thought it was meant for proposals/motions only) and is prone to being abused.
I think people would only agree with you because of the minuscule amount of people currently playing right now. It would be easy for someone with lots of coins to force a Majority now, however if we get more than 5 players, the required amount for a majority jumps from 3 to 4.

Spending coins to force people to do stuff is dumb. One can technically force a president to veto a proposal, using up their proposal AND requiring their council to do what they actually want to do.
If you have enough, you can even circumvent the council system altogether. Could allow someone to win the game very easily.
...oh my god you can get enough coins for it in 2 irl days.
TWO!

Proposal 277:
Weak rules are a new rule category. They are unofficial rules that have no weighing over anyone. It requires a 1/3rd vote to pass. A weak rule may be transmuted into and out of the mutable rules by a Supermajority.
