DGB has extreme difficulty producing content as scum. So if she's making content early, she should be treated as town. It's a bit of BoP and sucks if DGB gets sudden RL concerns but it's a meta difference even I can't deny.

On a more serious note, I generally reap better rewards when I lay low for the first half of day 1. I haven't done it often, but when I have, my reads have tended to be really good - Saw Day 1 was actually an example of that, although better examples in games since. Good question though.

I like the humility here and it explains some reservations I had about you. I am used to the Battle Mage that goes all out as town (barring that one game you had a post restriction).

No. I don't argue what I did as VCA. As scum, I don't argue VCA early. I keep hidden the magical time where it becomes effective then more and more effective.

My townplay does involve more natural progression and is less cohesive than my scum play. My scum play has less holes but still frquently advises town of the best answer (unless forced into otherwise).

My personality is changing since my divorce though, which naturally carries over to how I play mafia. So meta circa 2017 should not be used to read me.

We had a static wagon of five on Taylor when I performed my reaction test on Shelley. Most of the people on the wagon are consensus town. So the question becomes where are the scum or why has this wagon stalled?

The only person to initally jump off the Taylor wagon to me was Fidget, who I suspected before. None of the people voting for me discussed shelley in any meaningful way. They jumped from VLA to no scumslip without any meaningful search at her behavior. The wagon started from Vecna being the likely town shepherd into a bad wagon. Scum rarely start bad wagons day 1, especially when buddies are being FoSed.

So right now, I am left with two possibilities. One, Taylor is scum and her wagon stalled due to lack of bussing or two, scum are jumping on anything with a pulse to look like they are providing content.

Then, we get to Pickaxe Pete. It's another wagon that gained steam based on town with faulty reasoning.

This point, I strongly suspect at least one of Taylor and Fidget is scum, but not both. ShellyC and Taylor being partners would explain why those two wagons have slow burns stalled out while others are more rapidly exploding.

youre defending nos without content. no one is saying "marashu is obvtown". we are just asking you to explain how you can say "nos is obvtown" when nos looks to me exactly like marashu does.

Until all trials have finished, elimination is compulsive:At the end of the day, if no quick elimination has been achieved a random person of those who got more than 1 vote, and not less votes than others, will get executed/sent to trials. If there is no such person(nobody got 2 or more votes), a random townie will be executed. As of 1.3 scum are largely ineffective or lurking, regardless of Taylor's alignment. The wagon on Taylor in 1.3 being all town necessitates taking another look at her alignment in future VCs. In 1.4 if Taylor's town, every wagon being voted was town. I remember starting up the shelly counter because I didn't like the game being static at that time. Looking at how almost everyone was voting in 1.5 suggests passive scum not really giving a damn who got lynched day 1. So it suggests Taylor's town. It could just be scum were scrambling for a counter and no one could decide though until Pickaxe Pete sprung up.

Based on the end of day 1, I'd be looking to flip Taylor if we had an extra lynch to spare. We don't though. Plus Taylor hasn't done anything outright scummy today. That being said, I am concerned. Especially given how hard Taylor defended Mara yesterday.

Day 2

If Taylor Swift's team is scum, they have a clear preference for Plusjoyed over Nosferatu. Plusjoyed was on Taylor most of yesterday and was mislynched. Taylor pushing Nos (despite me disagreeing with this read) is a good look for Taylor and not survivalistic. Based on the staticness of the wagons Day 2 after the DGB wagon crumbled, I would say scum didn't have a preference unless it was DGB. I don't think DGB is scum though because of the fact we had two failures and only two nights where something bad could have happened.

Day 3

If my reads so far are correct, then 3.4 Glitch was completely town but for Marashu. That leaves scum looking for another wagon, which they repush Nosferatu again. 3.5 Taylor abandons the wagon on Glitch because she's pissed off with me for pushing Marashu. This creates an all town wagon on me because I refused to push either of the top two wagons again.

3.6 Taylor DGB and I all compromise, which would be a threat but we compromised on town. This allows us to recalibrate and say that scum were likely sitting back but doesn't encourage us working together. That explains why the three of us are alive in lylo.

I'm going to want a Marashu lynch, which Taylor won't do or a Glitch lynch, which DGB won't do. Taylor wants Nos, which I won't do.

That means I have to find the last scum and hope Taylor and DGB jump on, which means Gypyx but I don't think that is going to fly with Taylor or DGB.

So we're at an impasse where someone town won't lynch scum.
