Basically, know how I used to psychologically profile every single player in the game as scum, and make predictions off of that to help my scumteam? I do it as town, too, here: off of the gamestate and who the players are, I make predictions off of what they are.)

It is also entirely serious. Aside from some obvious jokes. (e.g. Bulbazak.) Which are more like me subtly giving sub-thoughts layered beneath my thoughts, in a contrived convoluted way. (For instance, the note about pie/notsci being scum is something I later expand upon--I don't think they're scum, but I'm acknowledging the paranoia deep down I have that they are.)

Really, look at that list. Aside from a few reads like Kaboose (down to nullish-scum) and singer (up to full town), it's basically unchanged. (Admittedly, we're literally two days into the game, and I'm pathetically slow to change my reads and admit they may be wrong, butstill, point remains all the same.)

Read it thoroughly. You will find that nothing he says is concrete, e.g. "I am sure he is scum" or "I am sure he is town"; all game so far he's changed his reads based on what the majority thinks to avoid drawing attention to himself. Who worries about their image? Scum.
He didn't explain why he thought Mastina was scum. He "forgot" why he read her as town, and then "remembered" a game where she just so happened to be scum, but makes no note about how her play here relates to her play there. You see what I'm saying? Feysal can just later say "oh yeah, that game I was talking about? I just noticed the playstyles are not really that similar so mastina is town!" and that could work with some people because there is no explicit intention in his posts that would indicate fencesitting.

My very first post said that I was likely to vote her after I finished my catch up. That vote shouldn't have been surprising. At that point it was unexplained. At that point I would have expected something from her. There was nothing. It was only after I caught up and placed my vote, along with reasoning for said vote (so it's not exactly unexplained, is it?), that she went ballistic. And if anyone would care to read what I've actually said compared to her responses, you'd see that she's nitpicking what I actually said and is not responding to my actual problems with her play whatsoever.

Frankly my point is that Titus acting like my vote came out of nowhere is ridiculous, as I had indicated a willingness to vote her previously. Yet she ignored that post and only jumped on me when I actually put the vote down. I would think that there would have been some previous acknowledgement if town. It's not important one way or another, but I think it does deflate any notion that Titus thought my vote was sudden. If she wants to argue it's bad, fine, she's doing a sloppy job of that so far, but she can't act like it just appeared out of nowhere.

I don't think Titus' frustration is explicitly scummy, but again, I don't think it's by any means unfakeable. go read, for instance, Mala's ISO in 13p Normal and tell me it's a town ISO.
