He uses some rather absurd leaps in logic in two separate cases to paint a narrative picture about these two players, deliberately ignoring Occam's Razor in favor of stirring up WIFOM.

What is more likely? That TChill is running a Jester gambit? Or that TChill is fakeclaiming? TChill's was by far the least believable claim so far, and the most awkward (considering Kaede is mod-confirmed). By bringing up some a longshot possiblity, Vent is indirectly mounting a soft defense of TChill.

Absurd leaps in logic aren't more likely to come from scum than town. If anything it's the opposite. While you may be correct, I don't think you make a good point here. Town is allowed to soft defend people too, by the way.

I don't think Tchill is scum. Since people are spewing NRG secrets anyway, there was a long debate over what a hider actually is and we came to the conclusion that the hider itself is hiding behind and dying if target dies. Weak is separate. This discussion that we were having in the NRG ended up leaking to FG's D&D discord where GIF is a member and he even threw some comments in shortly before this game went to queue. Him being town with that hider role actually makes a ton of sense as a result and that's the main reason that I've been averse to his lynch for most of the game.

I also think that the specific manner of the claim is tonally highly indicative of town even if I'm not willing to call him confirmed town.

This question was a good one, because while my role is insanely advantageous to a pun player and near-worthless to a town one, the point raised about claims being clearly indicative of alignment is a good one. Pun can and will have town-sounding roles, just as town will have pun-sounding ones. He did not deserve such a frosty welcoming.

I will first designate someone to claim first, this will be mostly based off my reads + what we already know.
The person will state Flavor Name, Role Name, Any abilities they may have (or if they have none), and how they were used each night and why.
Then they will popcorn to someone not named me.
In the case of dave I'd also like him to paraphrase any important information that MariaR may have slipped into the hood including targets that she may have wanted etc. Obviously confirming with GIF so he doesnt get mod killed or something.

Once everyone has claimed I will finish with my flavor name, actual role name, and the same thing.

So at this point I'm willing to call all of Alchemist21, REALMEN ONLY JUNGLE, and wilky confirmed town on one merit in of itself:
There's too many vanilla claims.

We've had two VTs flip thusfar in the game, and now we have a total of four more.

While three are guaranteed to be truthful (thus, giving us five VTs), I would not imagine we'd have six VTs in this game.

This is particularly true if you trust wilky to be town. If wilky is town, then the last pun has a role causing wilky's repeated failures, one which they would never openly claim. (And thus, they claim VT instead.)

Of course, this does not narrow things down much as REALMEN ONLY JUNGLE was already conftown, Alchemist21 should be conftown tomorrow, and wilky is off the lynch table for today.

If I had to select a lynch-then-hide right now (i.e. select top two suspects), it would be lynch Kokichi Oma, hide behind YT2980 (Dunnstral is tempting, but he is soft-cleared via Maria's role; while this does not remove him from the lynch pool altogether as he is not conftown, it makes him a less appealing target), but I still need to put the time into reading and gamesolving.

if you're going by how useless he's been, then that applies to half the playerlist still alive, if not more

it’s not how useless he’s been. it’s his vote against davesaz that concerns me, in that it felt extremely bandwagon-y when he literally had came into nowhere into the thread and immediately voted him. he was already towards the top of my priority list, and that just reinforced my scumread on him.

Fact of the matter is that as long asDave is alive too many players are going to be caught up on him. I'd rather just get Dave dealt with so we can move on and actually lynch Dunn to win the game

I actually scum read you and kokichi. My read on you was stronger but now I'm not so sure because kokichis biggest scum read was based on very little.

Dave I never denied would flip green but the Dave lynch had to happen before mylo/lylo 100%.

That post from RMOJ is proper sketchy because it shows he has obviously been reading the thread and not posting. Thus should 100% be last day for RMOJ to get a quest through though so we shouldn't lynch there.
