I am somewhat worried that I won't be able to play Wukong jungle, because the difficulty of the jungle is gonna go up apparently and wukong's first clear is very bad, health-wise. I may have to stick to wukong top.

It's not like I can't bring him top - I've beaten ranged champions before with the monkey (just handily beat swain several days ago), and I've got a 100% win rate vs. Jax with wukong as well.

I never got that much. I always did fine maxing W or E first, cleared pretty well (auto-e-auto for the attack speed and %hp damage) and never lacked cc for ganks.

Am I the only one to think new Soraka's really bullshit and needs toning down? The Q seems way too easy to hit, even at mid range. Which means free (and infinite) healing for everyone.

Needs hard engage.
So does Janna, but she's top tier.

Soraka's job has
always
been to keep her carries healthy. Not to engage or disengage, really. What she does she's clearly best-at-class in by a very large scale. Add on spammable poke that doubles as a self-heal and I don't really see a way of getting past Soraka. Also she completely shuts down carries such as Graves, Corki, Varus, Lucian, and Ezreal, who need to be casting spells to be useful.

I really like the wolf bonus for smiting, as a side note. Will be great for defending against invades. (Do wolves before you start blue to gaurantee no invades).

Not having an escape is a pretty huge weakness. I like Varus mind you, I just don't think you can write it off as 'oh, he -only- lacks mobility'.
That's also why Ashe doesn't really work in this meta, either, although she's a bit more of a burst ADC than Varus is.
I don't Varus counts as a hypercarry, though, so it's not like he's a second Kog'Maw. (why wouldn't he, though, out of curiosity?)
He's pretty close, but not quite. The ideal combo is 3 autos -> ult -> 3 autos -> q -> 3 autos -> w, which shreds just about anything, but that takes time.

Notes to self:
1) I still hate playing with Ezreals. I can't see him as anything other than a bad generalist
2) Yasuo has very little counterplay and is still ban-worthy. He will continue to be ban worthy until they remove his w and either remove his crit chance or his % armor pen on ult.

Your E has no cast time.

This is why you E yourself back to lane. It has no cast time.

First 3 levels:
E -> Q -> W. Max E, as it's your best waveclear and harass. From there, buy as a standard AP mage(chalice/grail, sorc boots, zhonya's, Dcap, void staff as your first items. If you're safe, lich bane, otherwise a GA or something.).
Combo is Q -> (auto if safe) -> E (both procs) -> R. You won't really 100-0 things if not fed, but you can burst them out pretty well. You can also do E (first proc)-> Q -> (auto) -> E (second proc) -> R, as the slow on E makes Q easier to hit. After your ult, if you can get an auto off safely, do so.

I've really been enjoying my AD Jungle Fizz (which still does more magic than physical damage on my build), but I can't seem to get my laners out of laning phase ahead despite multiple ganks that results in kills. Also, it takes a huge ass time to scale, from what I find (my build is flare -> boots -> bork -> triforce -> tank).
Also, question about Fiora as Fizz - you can e to stop her ulting you if she is mid-ult, yes?

There's being behind, and dieing nonstop. I'll generally give blue over if they're not dieing nonstop.

If there are no friendly minions around, melee minions take 2 turret hits and 1 auto attack (it WILL take two for the first few levels unless you have a Janna) while ranged minions take a single tower hit and two auto attacks. I never memorized it with cannon minions since it's usually easier to just eyeball it for me.
This is one of the reasons why I love ADCs with waveclear. My last-hitting under turret is pretty mediocre if I'm not focusing solely on that, and minion aggro makes it hard sometimes too. So I'll just waveclear most of it to 1 hit and auto everything, so the turret can't kill most of it.

If I'm behind in lane (and sometimes when I'm ahead and am worried about my midgame against certain champs), I'll rush a defensive item (ex. banshee's vs. lulu, sunfire or frozen heart vs. irelia), followed by my offensive item(s) when i feel like I can survive long enough in fights.
As ADC, I just rush damage anyways. The class is useless with more than one (or two if REALLY needed) defensive options.
