Not always, but it's a way to poke someone to express some stance toward current wagons, which is never a bad idea in my mind.

I will say this RP: I was scum with davsto in 1733, and unless he monumentally changed in about a month, or he acted much differently than his scum meta in that game, then davsto looks nothing like his scum meta to me. My games played with him is limited, but I feel like you get to know someone a lot better when you are scum with them.
