The amount of convergence that skirt and I are having is unreal, and the fact that he locked an immediate townread on me for doing Mathdino-y things was highly concerning.

Then the fact that he sheeps me and is generally super friendly with me and my logic to the point of my pointing out one detail influencing his opinion?

But yeah, with that kind of opening, even if their team did draw scum PMs, I doubt they'd give it to LLD. That's just asking to get investigated. Plus I'd expect Llamarblescum and Cabdscum over LLDscum.

GDI, I thought you APOLOGIZED for drawing the game down that route. You're literally planting seeds of unfounded speculation about mist everybody, and now Scum hunting will be double as hard with everyone having a preconceived idea about one player or another.

Like, even if X does something that screams Scum, people are going to try and see it as a "bad Town" move because you already told them this player is likely to pick Town. When Y is trying to town-gambit it'd be seen as a scummy move regardless bc you convinced everybody they are likely to pick Scum 9or chosen by their team to play Scum). This not only affects dat Scum hunting but also PR targets at night. I'm starting to second guess my Town lean on you for continuing to press this subject over actually Scum hunting within the thread itself.

Caught up, and Keychain is still kinda nebulous. I'm going to keep an eye there, but not interested in pushing that yet. I thought Elena might be panicking scum trying to squash Math's team analysis (which is actually relevant to Team Mafia). That seems like something I feel scum would do if events were turning against them. But then she did that reversal on LLD after much discussion, and I really can't see Elena-scum doing that, especially when keeping a vote on LLD would be so easy to do at this point in the game, and I really don't think LLD could apply enough pressure to turn the tides on Elena. At best, she'd get a LLD lynch, and at worse, she'd just look like hard headed town. There's really nothing to lose, so her changing her read is a town sign.

As for Skirt, he called me town before I even started posting, and then preceded to buddy up to me in subsequent posts. LLD has already pointed out how his entrance sounds fake, and Math has picked up on the discrepancy as well. He's tryharding, but in all the worst ways.

Lynch All Liars is one of my least favourite sayings because people rarely genuinely lie in mafia and much more often misinterpret, miscommunicate, misrepresent (themselves or others), misconstrue to fit their narratives, and straight up forget things. B. NSG's game: Replaced into a MyLo slot at L-2 and was told to save myself and solve the game.

Tonereading is trash in this situation. I'm confident Dunker would toneread me as scum in most games on this site. That's why I've been annoyed. I'm pretty sure this is the lynch I'm going to be pushing for today.

In 3572, Archwing says that he's being pretty passive and not re-reading. This is fine and totally okay.

However, in the same post he also states that "he's building off present information". And I don't see any real initiative or drive from his posting.

And this is why I want to lynch him.

The frequency of his posting is such that he is obviously around and reading the game. He diligently responds to questions that are asked of him. But I cannot shake the overwhelming pressure that he's just sitting here.... waiting for other people to make the first move.... waiting for other people to make stuff happen.

Sure, he could be very confident in his vote on Xyzzy, but I'm not incredibly convinced of that. As recently as 3294, Archwing says that he does not have a read on Xyzzy, while Creature has him as null/town. Between then and the sheep of titus, I don't see any sign of the read progressing, and I also don't see any effort to actually sort that read. It's as if voting xyzzy became the convenient thing at the time, thus prompting the decision. In 3511, Arch says he plans to talk to Creature about the Xyzzy read, but again, there is no sign of this having happened.

If he's not confident in his vote on Xyzzy, then there's really not much sign of him doing anything to further his confidence in the game, despite the fact that he is very much here and active and around.

I think Archwing is scum going with the flow and not attracting attention and the worst part is that it's working. I don't know what this would mean for Xyzzy's alignment, and if it comes down to it, I will lynch Xyzzy today, but I am seriously worried about a world where Archwing is scum and Xyzzy is town, a world that I think is reasonably likely.

The fact that most of the active voices seem to be okay with lynching xyzzy is kind of odd to me.

I think I'm going to have to get Postie or someone to help me read DV/Mina. DV in particular is scarily nice in a way that makes it difficult for me to read him.

So far, I'm okay with the xyzzy lynch because there are only two scum left and 12-3 is an incredibly town-sided set-up, so easy PoE lynches are good when most of the town looks town and the scum are more prone to demoralization. I thought Mathdino's clearing of Aeronaut was pretty weak (because why would scum be following their scum PT if they weren't following their team PT?), and neither Aeronaut not xyzzy did anything that convinced me they were genuinely trying to solve the game (there were a couple of self-deprecating comments from xyzzy that I liked tonally, but no actual content). I feel like there aren't enough scum to cause movement away from xyzzy if they're scum, so their partner would be eager to throw them under the bus. But I'm still waiting for xyzzy to give me an actual reason to not vote them, since I've been told they're not a big contributor regardless of their alignment.
