@ProHawk, No. Not really. Mollie's more reserved. I've never seen her come out and threaten so aggressively out of RVS. Most of the counterwagon to Jaquen is people who I've had severe baggage with, which is why I wanted to enquire further. Mollie shouldn't have such baggage with me if I haven't fooled her as scum. I don't know. I was trying to engage her, but she didn't really want to engage me back which sucks because we played so well together during marathon weekend as town teams and didn't lose a single game we were town in because we fed off each other so well.

I feel like her points have been rather nit-picky other than the one she just made on me.

And now all I'm seeing is fighting and I really don't want to be in a game with my SIL where all there is is fighting because it's going to stress real life me out even more.

That's a load of shit. In the past 6, large themes all of my VCAs have been accurate. My behavioral reads have had some issue. Even in Survivor where I hard defended DGB scum, I had the VCA pool down to two people who could have cast that shitty vote. Guess what, NEITHER had town PMs (although Ank was a survivor).

To say that my town game sucks is absolute shit and just shows again that your vote isn't based in reason or logic, but based on perceived fear and policy lynching. That's bad. We should be SCUM hunting not voting based on policy.

I tried ff7 out at a friend's house, that is why I bought ff10 when it came out. I don't remember a whole helluva lot about that specific game flavour but I love ff I am playing ff13 now.

what else have you got

ff13 is okay except they changed the battle mode and made it less user oriented and more automatic (that's not a great description but I'm tired.), ff10 was great, so was ff12. I'm hoping when the next ff comes out that they change it back to the old battle system than the 13 battle system. I do need to finish 13 though because I liked the story line to where I was.

"Burn" has a negative implication, like something someone should be embarrassed about. If I told someone that I got "burned pretty bad" I'm saying I feel duped in a way I didn't want to feel duped. Daytalk, I have no idea, but I'd venture to guess yes given game size and it's multiball it probably makes sense to give scum daytalk. Also because it's not normal it doesn't have to be announced if there are no encryptors. Also, I've seen some traitor talk (CB about Varsoon) and I'm not sure if that means its more or less likely to have daytalk, but probably more.

As for more than two scum teams, also no idea. I've never played in a game this large but I'm trying to parse what's going on with Aeris so I can also answer psychlone about that read which is more of an associative with varsoon/hawk (like varsoon said, I think one of them must be scum, and I'm townreading Hawk now), because Aeris seems to be implying there's more than two scum teams. The only time I've ever played multiball was a 9:2:2 mini normal game reviewed for balance which was 4/13 scum = 30.8%, so assuming this is balanced-ish then 6/23 = 26.1% and 7/23 = 30.4%, so my guess is it's probably not 3:3 alone, and 4:3 seems not right, so I'd probably believe there's 3 teams. But that's amateur setup spec based off percentages of past experience of a different game type.

If you still missed it, it's because Mollie seemed to misunderstand Fro99er and how he felt about a game we recently played where I was scum and they both came to independent town reads of me. I ended up needing to replace out of the game (I blame quadz) but until that happened, they townread me, and though Mollie was implying Fro99er was upset about it. They started posting in the thread at the same time, Fro99er trying to correct Mollie's mistake, and Mollie still trying to explain because she was still misinterpreting what was going on. All of this was while they were on gchat talking about something not game related. I feel like if they were having a conversation irl, they could've easily gotten on the same page and not talked over each other trying to rectify the situation. It just looked like creating a lot of unnecessary public confusion. All of this was with me in particular, whom they both know in real life, and both know exactly how I feel about public hydra dissonance. A real time argument about what Fro99er meant never should've happened and I believe it only served to provide more confusion for everyone trying to follow along.

This is my first game with Hydras. Frankly, I'm a little skeptical of it all,but it's all good. I came to play in this house, no complaints.

It's just a little bit to get used to. I thought hydras were basically the same slot,and you didn't know which one it was,because they represented one collective mind. Now I see that it is clearly stated which of the two is speaking,and they sometimes differ. I'm not sure how I read something like that,so I am just poking right now,trying to learn,I guess the IC role helps,I can learn without anyone being suspicious.

I have tried to unify hydra reads in the past and what winds up happening is that I wind up compromising on a read and I don't want to do that anymore. I am going to level with you. I HATE having the IC role. I thought I wld love it until fg's game where it totally screwed with how I scumhunt. so much of my scumhunting is based on reactions and the reactions I was getting was a shitton of suck up and a buttload of resentment. i hated it. all I had to do was say, "I wonder if so and so is scum" and the next thing you know they are removing their town dance partners while being town themselves. it was a disaster and I got to a point where I was afraid to post for fear of reactions. it sucked donkey balls. the only redeeming thing i did that game was remove myself from it and taking out scum!ika with me. town still lost tho.

where was I. oh yeah, if you are having a hard time keeping players straight I suggest doing a spreadsheet with 1 column for the playlist, another column for replacements, 1 for claims and another for flips. and you can make a column for things you notice too. I colour code mine for easy visual reference so you might wanna try that too. if most of your reads are in red then it usually means (at least for me) that I am eyeball deep in paranoia so i try to keep it simple. think once you organize yourself you will have an easier time.

hydras take time getting used to, but I bet once you get the concept you will be a hydra junkie cos its nice to have some1 to talk to that you can fully trust. I see you reaching out and i get the feeling that bouncing off ideas about the game with another player will bring out the best in you and give you a confidence that you might not necessarily feel on your own. plus you (I know that I have) can learn a great deal from a hydra partner.

I don't mind you being hard on me Mollie. What I do mind is the collection of votes that are largely reasonless and trying to be sold as if they aren't. I know I have my flaws. I know I need to work on them. I like that you want me to improve my game. I generally avoid /inning at the start to remove the problem of me sucking at day 1 (but great at reviewing it) but if I don't post Day 1, I'll always be the "random" vote. Your votes there, while I still feel were policy lynch driven, were relatively transparent in what you were doing (even if we disagree on the label to place on it).

I have been explaining what causes my "bad" behavior so in a hopes we can work on it together. However, "bad" is in quotes because I don't see anything I do as bad, merely playing the hand I've been dealt. For instance, I know I need to work on what's meant to be taken literally and what isn't. I do work on that. I am working on listening to people, but at the same time we have to factor in just because the crowd says it doesn't make it right.

I like players who are transparent and I tend to be pretty transparent in all my games. Generally, I view all players as having an agenda. It's much easier to see the agenda looking back on things, which is why my VCA usually turns out well. I'm taking out the things I'm worse at and doing the things I'm better at. If you feel that something I say isn't transparent, that's when you ask. The clarification, should tell you the most about my alignment. I'll either answer or say it's anti-town to answer and give you the most transparent reason why I'm anti-town. To read me, don't look so far as if you agree with me, but whether or not my thought processes is transparent.

What also needs to happen though is not stuff like "why not" wagon Titus and selling it as if it's scum. In the rare event Varsoon is town, things like that are shitty, especially from players who know I make my alignment known. I am relatively aware at how psychology plays into the game and seeing manipulative tactics. The problem is, both town and scum are manipulative. Both go for agendas (town is don't lynch town but lynch scum). I'm putting forth the effort to be better, but the effort just feels wasted if it never accomplishes anything so I'll get frustrated and rage a bit.

While Sal is being inartful, he's hitting the nail on the head. Mastina's playing as if her one goal is to lynch Titus. This isn't based in fact or reason or anything. Using the phrase lyncher confuses some because this game isn't bastard and thus no lyncher can be present. Yet, this type of behavior is something that happens all the time to my slot, from both town and scum.

I do appreciate the effort to meet me half-way, and if you see me falling into a tunnel habit, feel free to call me out on it.

I'll probably still tunnel if all my townreads and I are voting the same player.

@Mollie, I think I mentioned this to Singer, but basically Nacho's concerned with people "hiding out" on my wagon and being scum. Singer's saying there's no way to hide I'm the first poster. Yet, Singer's just as aware as we all are that I'm frequently an RVS wagon so someone can easily "hide" their vote there even in the first position. Basically, it's a quibble to me about the definition of hiding, and I'm inclined to believe that Nacho has his reads backwards.

Now, can you answer me if you think The Antagonist and Bulbazak are possible buddies or not? I know ika and I have baggage but I'd like a second pair of eyes. First, The Antagonist (head irrelevant) shoots down my attempts to understand Seiko, calling my question to them a trap. Then here when Bulbazak takes off, now The Antagonist is interested in the Psychone wagon and is particularly targeting Singer. Yet, nothing happened (at least no posts by Nacho) between Singer's generic request for people to vote Psychlone and The Antagonist moving their vote. They posted about many other things, but now the timing seems convienent. Am I reading something there that doesn't exist?

I required those posts M. You didn't being them up. You ignored them completely when I originally posted them a couple of days ago though you were still going on with everything else around them. You even posted right after I posted those two. Yet you ignored them completely at the time. Now that I bring them up again, you decide to attack when the appropriate time for that isn't after you've had some days to mull over how to when there brought back up (I know you knew they wouldn't simply go away; you even predicted this conversation earlier today though my and your reads are fairly similar I think) , but rather at the time the points were tossed out there. In my experience, you only ask for protection like that when you do t really need it. Town you is much more subtle about it.

And let's be frank. This is a really good player list and any and all of us have reason to fear being night killed, even the two or so scum teams, so I don't find that plea to be very genuine.
