Still at work but taking a quick break

VC 1.39
Glitch (7): Expedience, rb, gameplay506, Martha Zolanski, Dierfire, BlueBloodedToffee, pitoli
Expedience (2): Chuck, Cass
Martha Zolanski (2): golden009, Glitch
BlueBloodedToffee (1): RyanK

Not Voting: Saru

Based on this vote count and the vote count on me Expedience and Saru likely scum possibly with Blue Blooded Toffee. This lynch happened way too fast especially since I know I am town. Expedience seems to have been vote sitting need to figure out why.

Unless Saru is on V/LA they are likely scum as they usually swapped votes more.

Need to read posts to confirm my theory.

This is false. I gave reasons as to why they were in my lynch pool(1465). To be fair, it's something that comes out of PoE because I have lots of town/null-town reads, so I don't necessarily think that (Ryan, Golden, Dier) is the scum team; this is very unlikely, but I'm working within my reads at the moment. If they change, my lynch pool will also change.

From Saru's ISO.

This is not town Saru.
Town Saru was argumentative and more confrontational. He had no problems arguing with the thread.

TownSaru also never repeated phrasings. He repeats "This is false." As if this is something he must prepare. I will go into detail once I am not skimming ISOs for town and feel but this feels off.

More fitting here would be "too dumb to be scum" but its still all the same.
That's not really what I'm saying. More like, "too outgoing, too much effort to be scum" because that's why I'm townreading him. And then I am bothered by the lack of consistency. Like, look at the thing he posted just now. That's a town post for a newbie, he wants answers and he's hounding you for them. Ryan isn't dumb, it's just he has distanced himself from mortal affairs and concerns himself only with simple questions and answers.

But I know I have a documented distrust of d1 wagons.
Expedience should know that effort is a shitty reason to town read someone from Gistou. Not buying this in an ISO perspective but need to get a read to be sure later.

BBT and Chuck also need eyes if Expedience is town.

The only thing that gives me pause is I am a counter wagon to Chuck and that is all kinds of terribad.

So if I am wrong on Expedience + Saru then probably Chuck scum.

That is all til I get home.

Not done reading but their vote on me in their ISO is sketch. And I don't like their Glitch push.

That post assumes I am town, does it not? If you ISO me before that post, I had posted NOTHING of content. My predecessor hadn't even posted so I don't know why the hell rb is assuming I am town in that post.

Compare it to this post later on;
In post 822, rb wrote: Hey BlueBloodedToffee if you're town can you just come demolish this scumlord with me? Thanks.

I really hope BBT is town because if he is we win.
And the first one could be a legit slip.

Began ISO'ing BBT because I don't like their posts either but this one is bad.
BBT expects people to sheep them because they are BBT. I
hate
scum reads without reasons and he has none even after I posted initial thoughts.

Still not done ISO'ing everyone but BBT needs rope too.

BBT waiting to provide a reason is scummy as fuck. If you think I am scum say why and try to convince others. This whole waiting til I read the thread is shit. I am going to keep providing thoughts as I do to stay afloat but you have no excuse as to why you can't provide an argument.

fuck it.

Sudden? I made a case and Saru was like "You're wrong" and doesn't provide an easy way for me to validate that and expects me to go read all their town games or take their word for it.

Town Saru provided links to posts and made it easy for people to consume content.

Expedience voted me as a meh wagon. He has others higher. I think he thought I was mislynch able.

Oh and to be clear I am still down for Expedience but I want to see BBT provide a reason for his current actions because they make no sense.

SO MUCH THIS! I cannot emphasize how much more difficult town are making this game. It's almost impossible to gain reads because of the amount of bullshit that is going on.

People need to post less and when they do post, post more content because this game is an absolute joke right now.
In post 919, golden009 wrote:It basically just means noise that isn't melodic or anything, just generic sounds.

Of all the things that Golden responds to, he chooses this.

We need to lynch Golden. We should save the Mod the trouble of finding a replacement and lynch the shit out of that slot.

This is the only thing other than lurker I could find as a reason in your ISO.

You need to provide why you scumread golden.
Why you didn't explain those reasons sooner
And why you have been vote parking and pretty much just spamming through active lurking of lynch golden.

...What? I'm not literally asking you to go and check all my town games post for post. You are building a case on me purely from a meta read that you also got from skimming my ISO in this game. If that's the case, why exactly would it trouble you to go back and check my 2 other previous town games and quickly skim my ISO to see if what I'm saying about myself is accurate?

And you are seriously going into extremely superficial things like "he posted links!!" How do you expect me to respond to an argument like that?
Because then I have to go back through your ISO and find which games are town which games are scum and which games are town and read another X posts on top of the 1000 for the game.

In 1800 you posted specific links when making your points this is clearly different. It is not hard just link me or give me the names of the games that are town so I don't have 20000 taps on my phone. I have demonstrated a different way of thinking. It is up to you to show me where I am wrong not hand wave and make me hunt for it. Right now I think you are scum. It is up to you to convince me otherwise.

Personal gain isn't always indicative of scum though. It is indicative of personal gain. It becomes whether than gain is Town PR oriented or Scum oriented and is usually the latter but sometimes the former.

Town players can be scummy and scummy players can be townie. It is one of the reasons I setup spec a lot because if you know certain things exist eg I am a VT then that influences votes.

To answer your "how?"s:

Martha dying made me look bad because she was the one that I suspected the most coming into today besides Expedience. And after she died all I could do was point at Expedience.
...
It's completely illogical that scum would want to night-kill a scum read as they have a really high chance of being able to mislynch them.
In post 1825, Chuck wrote:...
It made Expedience look bad because she had expressed suspicion of have a number of times and it looked like a kill meant to silence her.

As I said, Vedith killed 0x40 and stated it was an attempt by Vaxkiller to silence 0x40. Vedith was scum and I think I can expect the same from this.
In post 1825, Chuck wrote:...
As for how Glitch flipping town makes Expedience look bad, it's because he basically single-handedly drove that wagon directly into a mislynch.

Also his argument against to me was based entirely on me being too sure that Glitch was town, when 1) Glitch had already made some very alignment indicative statements after his hammer had gone through, and 2) all I said was "if Glitch flips town", which means he was blowing it way out of proportion just to have a reason to suspect me.
...
1)What were they?
2)That looks like fact.
In post 1825, Chuck wrote:...
I'm not sure how you're not seeing any of this, or why I'm having to spoonfeed you.

I really didn't see it.
In post 1825, Chuck wrote:...
If you're actually town, no offense. If you're scum, please pick a different strategy than feigned incompetence, because it is starting to get on my nerves, and I'm a really patient person.
But factually, I really don't know what to think about this any more. UNVOTE:
Incorrect on paragraph one. A scumread by scum means they want the player gone and don't have to kill them. If they can mislynch a BP player rather than shoot them that is power to them.

Driving is only one of the kinds of champions of a lynch though. Granted I think Expedience is scum but he who smelt it dealt it is also a thing.

BBT and RB especially the recent fight. One of which I think is town and the other scum.

Also ISO chuck for my sanity. My towndar is going off miles on him so much so it is approaching I am scared of buddying territory.

Lastly Experience is probably scum.

I agreed with your thought in that the "claim duel" looked unlikely from a Mafia player given that Glitch flipped Town, so I was surprised that you reconsidered in . Why would Expedience do that as Mafia?
Also, I noticed that I'd missed some of your questions to me--my apologies!
In post 1827, Chuck wrote:Saru, Dierfire, pitoli, and Cass, what do you think about:

1. MathBlade?
2. rb vs. BBT?
3. Expedience?
1. I want to discuss things more with MathBlade, but I suspect that I will end up reading her as Town for reasons that I will discuss afterward.
2. I'm still reading rb as Town. Nothing that BBT said made me especially suspicious, but I don't like that he's not answering my questions or explaining reads. So, if I were to choose one to lynch, it would be BBT.
3. I'm still reading Expedience as Town. I read your but am unconvinced. Among other things: if Expedience is Mafia and killed Martha so as to set up RyanK to be lynched, why does Expedience never vote for RyanK, or claim to be suspicious of RyanK? It seems strange to me that a Mafia player would create a plan of this specificity (set up RyanK, specifically) but leave the detail work to Town. In fact, I'm not sure that RyanK received a single vote this phase.
Assume RB is scum. Who is scum with him?

Repeat for BBT Expedience and Saru.

Why would you ask someone to assume that after 1831?
Because that post lists nothing but townreads and I thought it suspicious. I wanted to see how Dierfire would analyze it from other angles. Combined with the whole town read of me for "reasons" I find suspicious so I wanted to see how Dierfire was thinking. It isn't about my reads I wanted his to evaluate him.

BBT, is your read on Mathblade 100% gut or you just don't want to explain? I don't know what to think of that, I didn't like how rb kept asking "why are you scumreading them?" and you just kept repeating "its null for me not to explain" rather than actually answering. Because at this point I'm worrying that you are not actually this confbiased and just faking bravado.

I don't even trust my scumreads at this point I just gave my vote to BBT.
Horribad.

If you are worried about someone being scum you don't give them your vote. This post feels like trying to distance between BBT and Expedience.

Lol You're just caught scum who can't explain why you scumread me so you need a new Mislynch.

What happened to all your thoughts?

And if anyone on this board says I am a given alignment because of reasons or doesn't answer I will push them til they do. If they can't explain they keep getting pushed. If I get NK'd people will push you. You will give your reason of why you scumread me or face a shit ton of pressure. You should fear a math tunnel.

I gotta go to work.

Not explaining a read is scummy because it gives scum an avenue to pick a player at essential random and say they are scum. If not giving reasons is allowed then it is a place scum can hide.

So reasons. Now.

I look for town based on how they post. If they post shit posts they get a scum read.

It is like an RL cop if they see someone with a gun over a dead body who screams that they hate the person they aren't going to think setup.

Same thing. He keeps screaming I am scum without a reason. It makes games very unfun and there is nothing redeemable about it so I see no reason to townread them. If you are I suggest you see a doctor and get your intestines checked.

After rereading some I am still convinced BBT and Expedience share the same alignment.

Based on House's weird attempt to crumb if BBT is not a PR lynch House immediately. House feels like he has been buddying me a lot especially with the numbers. Chuck feels like a buddy too. RB needs rope. Saru is on the back burner but still a scum read.

I have too many scumreads and that is a problem.

Saru is meta and "gut" something is wrong there. I don't know how to explain it but even after looking at Saru's other stuff it just doesn't feel right.

My RB read is in my ISO and mainly RB is less confrontational as town IMHO. And some posts feel slimy. In Gistou (my playing experience with him) he started town and when I fake poked him he just brushed it off. He got confrontational after we made him join us. That and his interactions feel wrong as indicated in my ISO.

My read on Dier is that while he could be scum I find it unlikely due to the fact he seems pretty null just like when I played with him in 1800. If he is scum it will sort itself out. I want to solve some of my 1v1s to get a better picture.

A few things:
1. Take a look at Newbie 1727 and tell me town!rb isn't confrontational
2. In Mini 1820 where I was force-replaced for it
3. Look at Dragon Age Mafia if you still doubt
4. I was actually more confrontational early in Gistou, but I actually townread you really strongly. If you look at my interactions with Ceph/RAM/Wayward who I was scumreading I was REALLY confrontational
5. I actually enjoy your play regardless of my suspected alignment, which I admit influences me being less confrontational towards you - I have more patience than with most others

You need to re-evaluate your read with those things in mind. Being 'off' isn't a thing I can defend against but I get your point since it's how I often end up scumreading people and being right too. If you have something I can actually respond to then feel free.

Factual correction: I am not hard to lynch. Just noisy and memorable.
Scum likely could push a Mislynch but whoever does will be remembered.

In post 2217, rb wrote:Expedience I don't even remember why I was townreading, but from my POV the unlikely combos where if one flips red the other is basically conftown are:

BBT/Math
House/Ryan
Dier/BBT
Chuck/Expedience

I don't think any of these slots can be scum aligned with the other and I think if we can get the correct red flip in there town will win from there because Ryan is apparently innocent along with BBT. I think Math is town so we lynch Dier/Chuck/Expedience.

I actually prefer Chuck over Dier.
...This list is shit.

BBT / Math : If BBT flips Red it likely means House is with BBT. It means nothing for my alignment as I am loud and poke scum just as loudly as town. See 1800 for an example.

House/Ryan again not indicative. They push and talk and argue. House is vocal but sometimes he is just flat out wrong on things.

Dier/BBT I think BBT is likely town. However Dier I waffle on. More than likely once I came into the spot he realized I am town more than anything else. Dier I see the waffle he did but I don't think he is scum over one of RB/Chuck.

Chuck/Expedience I agreed with at first but that could have been bad distancing.

Want Chuck or RB.

(I tried to fix some things for clarity, let me know if this is not correct)

The phrasing "hard to believe" makes it sound as though you think that pitoli really had seen the claim, but it's unclear to me why she would, having seen the claim and filled with eagerness to drop a hammer, ask for a claim again rather than just dropping the hammer. Did I miss something?
Ugh why is everyone playing so bassackwards? Like Dierfire didn't care about impressions RB didn't feel so slimy House hasn't complained I am scum yet and Saru isn't poking me. And Expedience is actually correctly townreading me.

Like this game is all kinds of messed up.

Instead, he chooses to try and flag up a meta discussion at the veru first opportunity. You must have missed all the times I asked you who was scum, right? Hell no.

Who is scum and why Dier. It's a very simple question.

If you play ball with me, then I will be 98% sure by the end of the day
if you are town OR scum
.

If you are town, you want this. Because if you are town, I will know it, and so will everyone else.
If you are scum, obviously you don't want this, and so you won't play ball. But if you are town - work with me. If we follow my logic trail, your alignment will be revealed.

And it will happen. Either the easy way or the hard way.
I think it is Chuck+RB more than anything because Expedience died and it seemed like TVS in that mix. I don't think there is four scum in the game because that would be ridiculous for a game of this size. But if House is scum then BBT is NAI. He could have done it for towncred.

However I don't think House would try to blatantly try to manipulate me with numbers like that if scum. It is easily traceable.

Well that certainly puts a damper on my "Expedience would have jailed me so I can't be scum" line of reasoning. In fact it makes me look downright shady.

So I'm seeing a number of possibilities, knowing my own role and alignment I can definitely say Expedience dying is not my fault, so that means:

1. SpyreX is lying. And is scum who shot Expedience. And is paranoid of a track/watch which pins him to the kill, or is trying to get ahead of that, and draw out a potential cop claim too.

2. SpyreX is telling the truth, which means either scum no-killed (very unlikely), shot the same person (I've seen it happen before, and it has interesting ramifications), or scum was blocked/jailed (most likely option, in my opinion).
VOTE: Chuck

Chuck doesn't even hypothesize that Expedience could have saved the person who would have been shot.

Chuck seems smart why is he not pointing out all potential angles?

House you aren't this bad either.

If BBT is a cop it could be wine.
If BBT is a cop Expedience could have jailkept BBT.

If BBT is not a cop and you are just wrong and Expedience didn't trust you he could have jailkept someone else and they were shot.

Considering this was House's last point to me I am thinking not. However House would be better to answer than me.

I suspected as such based on something I read. Honestly a town Jailkeeper and

Anyone else who is a PR would end up CCing you after that anyway as no way town has 4 PRs. Full claiming has no merit and only benefits scum unless 1v1'd.

1) Comparing Realities BlueBloodedToffee
2) Saru
3) pitoli Titus
4) rb
5) RyanK SpyreX
6) golden009 MathBlade
7) Chuck

Dead
1) Glitch (Vanilla Townie)
2) Martha Zolanski (Town Doctor)
2) Dierfire (Vanilla Townie)
4) Expedience (Town Jailkeeper)
5) House (Mafia Neapolitan)
6) camn (Town Rolecop)

Three PRs dead in a 13 player game.

Do you honestly think 4 town PRs? I am almost of a mind a PR claim is a scum claim.

However I also find it weird that SpyreX even asks. And Weirder BBT doesn't use common sense here. I still think you are both town but it is weird.

Off to work now

Wish house flipping Neo and House's regard for BBT BBT probably got checked N1 and probably got vanilla town. House probably figured he would get town credit for saving the "cop".

His buddy of me also doesn't happen if we have scum chat. No reason to have numbers in a crumb like that.

More than likely House was PR hunting.

Which also explains the believing of my claim that occurred at L-1.
Because scum had a neo they knew PR heavy or Masons is what makes sense.

Saru is eliminated because he replicated something I was looking for in 1800. This is their town game
BBT is eliminated because Camn likely checked SpyreX and got vig.

House (as scum) claimed BBT was a cop when I started suspecting them.
It was with numbers so it was designed to buddy me.
So it was either A) BBT was scum or B) BBT was town and House wanted to not lynch him.

Knowing House was the Neopolitan means that he likely had mod confirmed information BBT was not a power role and was PR fishing.

So it is either BBT is a vanilla or BBT is scum.

Combine that with BBT not instantly voting SpyreX after a 4th PR flipping makes BBT town.

Or there isn't one. *gasp* House hammered pdq and Chuck was trying desperately to get a mislynch on me at the start of the day. As soon as I started pointing that shit out they had to rapidly change course. House then did a scummy thing and instantly hammered himself. There wasn't time IMHO for anyone to bus. Chuck could have hammered sure, but what's more likely is that he was still trying to find a mislynch or get a vote down on RB for distancing.

3) Gameplay actually scumfirms RB not clears him.

House specifically tried to buddy me in trying to say BBT was the cop. This happens in one of two reasons. BBT is scum or BBT is a vanilla town checked by the Neopolitan. The case of BBT being scum is summarily eliminated from the fact BBT did not vote SpyreX and the fact House buddied me with numbers to try to get me off SpyreX. It was specifically designed to buddy me.

Gameplay and RB clearly have crosstalk going on in RVS (in the sample I mentioned).

House was gp. Math was golden. Golden created the dierfire wagon to save gameplay. Pretty straightforward stuff there.
Oh you mean like Gistou where I only tunnelled LLD because I thought it was inevitable?

And like lottery where I didn't tunnel Heartless until required?

My meta is constantly evolving. To call me a busser is ridiculous here sis.

You WANT to scumread me.

The question is whether or not you are doing this as Town Titus or scum Titus.

You have been giving a lot of lip service to rb being scum, but you haven't actually put your money where your mouth is. You've still been voting me even when you could've been voting a bigger wagon on him.

Also, you think SCUM-me just decided to hop on this SCUM-rb wagon with SCUM-House (and TOWN-BBT?), to try to get a SCUM-rb lynched? Where is the logic there? There is none. Unless you think it was all some vast conspiracy with all of us bussing (and them two since D1, when House's slot was still gameplay), then this all holds no water.

None of what you're saying makes any sense from a game solving standpoint. It only makes sense from an agenda-pushing standpoint. And your agenda stinks.

@Chuck

My point was 4 TOWN PRs is capacity. Scum would have to have PRs for balance. 3 scum versus 4 Town then scum have 2 PRs likely for balance.

One of them was House. Then one of Titus/Chuck is a PR role for scum.

My guess is Titus based to her slight lurkerdom til I started naming the scum team narrowing or to push this mislynch.

If you are truly town I'm sorry, but I really do not understand your communication style ... if you can call it that.

And if you are town then I feel vindicated in suspecting pitoli as well.

Also I'm pretty sure if you flip town that I'm going to live until tomorrow given I'm not virtually conftown like SpyreX and I don't really feel like I have a handle on the game at all.
It is a simple matter of Accountant can come online at any moment and I want to make sure my reads get seen.

Titus instantly hammered without BBT or Saru being able to explain.

RB wanted to know why Saru townreads me.
Titus townreads RB

Why does Titus of all things cut off day early before her supposed townread is ready?

This needs an answer.

1) Assume I am confirmed town. (Because I will flip town if I don't feel free to ignore what I am saying.)
2) It is likely SpyreX was checked by camn.
3) BBT was a claimed cop by House (scum). This makes BBT a person House wanted to keep around and not lynch/mislynch that day. That means if BBT is town that he has valuable information that BBT should stick around over someone else.
4) House flips Neopolitan.
5) Knowing scum had a Neopolitan and were protective of BBT makes BBT either a vanilla townie or scum. House would have no reason to value a town PR over a VT. He would have agreed with my pressure of BBT if BBT was scum but deflected it.
6) The way House claimed it meant it was for me to see first. To get me to think BBT was a cop as House KNOWS I setup spec. (This was pre Titus entering the game). It was specifically crafted.
7) BBT does not instantly vote SpyreX at day launch after Camn's flip. This locks BBT into a VT or scum claim.

With me so far SpyreX?

Nice job Chuck getting out of that Titus. If I had trusted Titus I woulda tunneled you so hard.

But at least I am only half town derp.
